Claiming goods at Mobil Servis Kyjov

Were the goods damaged during transport or did a defect appear? In this case, you are entitled to a complaint. Or do you want to exchange or return the goods? When handling your complaint, we will act with the utmost care and we will inform you of its outcome within 30 calendar days at the latest.

Complaint assessment and processing

We will be very happy if you bring the goods to the store so that we can assess the defect in the goods on the spot. If personal delivery is not possible, please contact us at info@mobilserviskyjov.cz and  we will arrange the transport.

As soon as we receive the claimed goods from you, we will confirm receipt to your email address. Subsequently, we will professionally assess your complaint and you will be informed of the result to your email address.

In the event that your complaint is found to be justified, you are entitled to reimbursement of the costs (postage) associated with the complaint in a reasonable amount.
